Hello! This is Daniel Vogt, your new interim E-rate coordinator. Many of you may know me as Idaho's Broadband Reimbursement Program coordinator, the one who reimburses the remaining non-E-rated portion of Category 1 costs (Internet Access and WAN). I will be managing both programs through the end of the summer.
I have had the pleasure of working side-by-side with the irreplaceable Todd Lawrence since joining the office in August 2019. Tomorrow is Todd's last day, and we wish him the very best as he starts a new chapter of his career. Thank you for everything you've done for Idaho schools this past decade, Todd!
This blog/email list will continue to live on for important E-rate announcements such as trainings, deadlines, and funding announcements. We will also be using it to communicate updates and deadline for the broadband reimbursement program in the future. Our goal for Idaho schools is to keep all of this information as consolidated as possible in order to best serve you throughout the year.
If you have questions about PIA while we await the first few waves of funding commitment decisions, please reach out to me for guidance. If there is anything you would like to see communicated through this blog/email list, please let me know!
