Hello Everyone,
This is a reminder of the deadline to submit a FCC Form 470 is April 13, 2017. This is to allow the 470 to be posted for a minimum of 28 days prior to reviewing and selecting the service provider. If you are still in a multi-year contract with your provider, you DO NOT have to complete the FCC Form 470. You can skip the Form 470 and complete Form 471.
Deadline for FCC Form 471 is May 11, 2017.
